In support of Boots on the Ground

Peer Support Line for First Responders

May 2 – 11, 2020

Boots on the Ground
Supporting our First Responders

First Responder, whether they’re police, fire, EMS, military, etc… know full well the challenges and difficulties that come with the job, but they always answer the calls for help, no matter what the situation may be. Answering the call of duty can sometimes come with mental health effects. First Responders answer the calls that serve our communities, help those in need, and make the world a better place. But who is there to answer the call when our First Responders are in distress? Boots On The Ground – Peer Support for First Responders is there. Boots on the Ground provide a 24-hour peer to peer support line for all First Responders, staffed 100% by volunteers and is a not for profit organization.

Raising Funds and Awareness

Inspired Travel Adventures has teamed up G Adventures to create the Ecuador Challenge 2020 in support of Boots on the Ground. Over ten days in May 2020, our trip participants will challenge themselves while going on the adventure of a lifetime. They will trek an active stratovolcano, white water raft in the Amazon jungle and cycle through the rain forest. Each participant has paid to go on the Ecuador Challenge 2020 and the cost included a donation to Boots on the Ground that is being matched by Inspired Travel Adventures.

The Ecuador Challenge 2020 goal is to raise awareness and $5000 for Boots on the Ground through participants donations, fundraising pledges, and a fundraising event.
