Hello, and welcome to Inspired Travel Adventures. It’s maybe intention, or maybe by chance, but I’m glad you’ve found your way here to my blog. My name is Michelle, I’m a travel advisor, group travel host, writer, photographer and the owner of Inspired Travel Adventures. I’m also a wife, mother, adventurer, and dreamer. I’m passionate about exploring the world, and helping others to do the same.

Discovering the world
After my husband and I took our kids on a 3 month adventure backpacking Peru and Bolivia, I knew I wanted to explore this great big world as far and as often as we could. Taking adventures to new destinations, meeting new people, and learning about new cultures ignited flame in my soul . My kids and I traveled regularly over the next couple years visiting Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, and many destinations around North America. I truly enjoyed the hundreds of hours I spent researching everything I could about the places we would visit. I loved planning the detailed itineraries of all the things we would see and do. During this time I wrote articles for several travel blogs as well as a six part blog and photo series about our Peruvian backpacking adventure for an English magazine based in Lima, Peru

Following my passion
Last year, I decided to focus on my passion of travel and helping others to explore the world around us. I signed up with Nexion Canada and started my training to become Travel Advisor. After finishing my training and becoming a certified travel counselor through TICO, I opened my agency, Inspired Travel Adventures.

So What's this blog about?
So now that you know a little more about me and my business, let me tell you why I’m writing this blog. I’m going to give you my take on everything to do about travel. First hand reviews, write up and pictures of wanderlust, information on the latest travel trends, travel tips and tricks, awesome reminders on why you need more travel in your life, and my opinions on latest news in travel industry.
